Genivis Remedies operates a digital platform (“Platform”) that facilitates the discovery and ordering of medicines and healthcare products from independently owned and operated Genivis-authorised franchise pharmacies (“Franchise Partners”). By using our Platform, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Platform & Franchise Model Disclosure

Orders placed on the Platform are fulfilled, packed, delivered, and invoiced by the respective Franchise Partner.
Payments are collected directly by the Franchise Partner from the customer.
Genivis Remedies does not directly sell, store, deliver, invoice, or collect payment for products unless expressly stated.
Genivis Remedies acts solely as a technology and facilitation platform.
Financial liability for refunds rests with the Franchise Partner, subject to applicable law.

2. Regulatory & Health Disclaimer

Sale and distribution of medicines are governed by the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940 and related rules.
Medicines once sold cannot be returned or exchanged, except in limited circumstances permitted under law.
Prescription medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription, where required.
The Platform is not intended for medical emergencies or urgent care.

3. Medical Emergency Disclaimer

The Platform is not intended for emergency or life-saving use. Customers must seek immediate medical attention from hospitals or emergency services when required.
