Genivis Remedies

This policy explains the terms governing returns, refunds, and cancellations for orders placed through the Platform.

1. Permitted Grounds for Return

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • Product delivered does not match the order
  • Product delivered is expired or near expiry
  • Product delivered is damaged or tampered

Customers must not accept delivery if packaging is damaged.

2. Return Request Window

Return requests must be raised:

  • Within 7 days from delivery
  • Via in-app support or official customer support channels

Requests after 7 days may be rejected.

3. Verification Requirements

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Product photos/videos
  • Invoice copy
  • Batch number
  • Expiry details

4. Conditions for Accepting Returns

Return requests are accepted only if:

  • The product is unused and unopened
  • Packaging is intact
  • Labels and invoices are available
  • The product is not partially consumed
  • Return is approved by the Franchise Partner

Returns due to change of mind are not permitted.

5. Non-Returnable Products

The following are generally non-returnable:

  • Baby care products
  • Nutritional supplements
  • Medical devices
  • Sexual wellness products
  • Cold-chain medicines

6. Refund Policy

Payment Responsibility

  • Payments are collected by Franchise Partners
  • Refunds are processed by Franchise Partners

Refund Method

  • Refunds may be issued via:
  • Original payment method
    Bank transfer (for COD orders)

Refund Timeline

  • Typical processing time:
  • Up to 7 business days after approval.

7. Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only:

  • Before dispatch

Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

Franchise / Platform Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled due to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Prescription issues
  • Suspected misuse
  • Regulatory restrictions

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed by the Franchise Partner.

8. Limitation of Refund Liability

Genivis Remedies:

  • Is not liable for refund delays
  • Acts only as a facilitator
  • Does not guarantee refund timelines
